These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the wabo22 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.
wabo22 services are strictly available to individuals aged 21 years or older. Account registration by minors is prohibited and will result in immediate closure with forfeiture of any funds.
All wabo22 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported channels include FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost.
All promotional bonuses offered by wabo22 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions. Misuse of promotional offers may result in forfeiture and account suspension.
Each individual may hold only one wabo22 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. wabo22 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void associated winnings.
Players must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, arbitrage betting, or abuse of technical errors. wabo22 utilises monitoring systems to detect and act on suspicious account activity.
wabo22 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wabo22 ("wabo22", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the wabo22 website located at wabo22.app and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 To register and maintain an Account on wabo22, you must:
2.2 wabo22 reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time. You agree to provide such documentary evidence as wabo22 may reasonably require, including a government-issued identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address.
2.3 Each individual may hold only one Account on the wabo22 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited. wabo22 reserves the right to merge or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void all associated winnings, bonuses, and pending transactions.
2.4 You acknowledge that the information you provide during registration and at any subsequent verification request will be processed in accordance with the wabo22 Privacy Policy.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wabo22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 You must notify wabo22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your Account information remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawals or suspension of your Account.
4.1 All deposits to your wabo22 Account must be made through the supported payment methods available on the Platform, which include FPX instant bank transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.
4.2 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wabo22 does not process transactions in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account's Wallet section and are subject to change. wabo22 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent reasonably practicable. wabo22 may request identity verification documentation before approving a withdrawal.
4.5 wabo22 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on the destination bank account or e-wallet must match the name on your verified wabo22 Account.
4.6 wabo22 reserves the right to delay or refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
5.1 wabo22 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the Promo Bonus page and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
5.3 Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
5.4 wabo22 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, or reclaim Bonus Funds that have been credited in error.
5.5 Any Player found to be exploiting promotions, engaging in bonus abuse, or using multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times will have all associated Bonus Funds forfeited and may face permanent account suspension.
6.1 All bets placed on wabo22 are subject to the specific game or sport rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.
6.2 wabo22 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been affected by an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or force majeure event.
6.3 Once placed and confirmed, bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the Player, except where a specific early cash-out option is offered and exercised prior to the relevant event concluding.
6.4 wabo22 sets its own maximum stake and maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per Player per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and are subject to change.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wabo22 Platform:
7.2 wabo22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to report such conduct to relevant regulatory authorities where required by law.
8.1 All content on the wabo22 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and game content, is the property of wabo22 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.1 wabo22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 wabo22 may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention agencies where necessary to provide the Platform's services or to comply with applicable law.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wabo22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 wabo22's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 wabo22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.1 wabo22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players aged 21 and above may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time from within their Account settings:
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and apply to all wabo22 services. During a self-exclusion period, wabo22 will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the excluded Player does not receive promotional communications.
11.3 If you are concerned about your gaming behaviour, we encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your wabo22 Account and to seek support from recognised counselling services.
12.1 wabo22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and this Agreement immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited conduct, or if wabo22 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, wabo22 may withhold any Balance that is the subject of an ongoing investigation into fraudulent or prohibited activity pending the outcome of such investigation.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting wabo22 customer support. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
13.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wabo22 is duly licensed and registered to operate.
13.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
14.1 wabo22 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
14.2 Material changes to these Terms & Conditions that adversely affect your rights will, where practicable, be communicated to you by email to the address registered on your Account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
